Example Terms and Conditions – Material Successor

This is the reviewed synthetic material successor used only to verify NewLogin reacceptance. It is not a contract and must never be published as production Terms.

1. Purpose

This example confirms that a newly activated material legal version can supersede an earlier immutable version in English and Spanish.

2. Material test change

For this synthetic exercise, test accounts must confirm two additional non-binding conditions:

1. Test activity may be retained for thirty simulated days.
2. A test session may be closed when the exercise finishes.

These conditions intentionally differ from the initial example so activation must require a new acceptance.

3. Verification

• The manifest directly identifies the initial synthetic artifact it supersedes.
• The English and Spanish translations describe the same material test change.
• Previously recorded acceptance of the initial version is not acceptance of this successor.
